The organized unit of United Methodist Shall be a community of women whose PURPOSE is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowhsip; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global minstries of the church.

Member of United Methodist women engage in justice-education---learning about peace, the environment, family advocacy, racial justice, public education, global policy and US policy.

Our hallmarks are mission, inclusiveness, continuity from the past, flexibility to meet over Changing needs, provisions for leadership opportunities, financial support, community, and a willingness to move out into new and adventurous paths.
